Guardian Title's signature yellow Volkswagen bug can be seen zipping through the streets in Wise County...from the county clerk's office in Decatur to numerous realtor offices all throughout the county.  "The Bug", as it is affectionately called, is no doubt how most recognize the company.  The level of professionalism and services offered by Guardian Title is how the company is ultimately known.

Guardian Title Company was established in Wise County over 30 years ago.  Since then, they have performed title work and services for countless real estate transactions including the hospital expansion in Decatur, the new Devon project in Bridgeport, the Holiday Inn Express in Decatur and literally thousands of residential dealings in between.

For many years, Guardian's home was just off the square on Trinity Street.  About two years ago, the Decatur escrow, or closing office, acquired a new, more professional home in the popular Universal Plaza Business Complex off of West Business US 380.  The Trinity Street location remained the home to the title plant where property research and title documentation takes place.  Recently though, the title plant joined the Decatur escrow office in a larger building in the Universal Plaza Business Complex.  Guardian not only expanded to a new location in Decatur, but also opened a branch office in Bridgeport in May of 2005 to better serve the needs of the western section of the county.  This new office is located at 1502 B 10th Street in the Edward Jones' office complex.  It was opened because of the expanding residential growth in the Bridgeport area, the large number of realtors in Bridgeport and a desire to offer expanded customer service.
